INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN PROJECT

This is my start with the instructional design field. In this course I practiced the ADDIE model to develop a training session for teachers to apply gender-equitable approach.Â

HUMAN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGYÂ PROJECT
Following the training developed in the ISD course, in HPT I designed a follow-up performance improvement campaign for assisting teachers to practice gender-equitable strategies in a daily basis.
The deliverables are:
DIGITAL MEDIA PROJECT
This section presents the final products of group projects in which I practiced graphic design principles and different types of image editing tools, and created a 10-minute m-learning course designed for visitors of Mount Royal.

A serious game designed for raising teenager’s awareness towards the road safety issues.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROJECT
In this project, we are asked to deal with the gap of 62 FLMs in the department of manufacturing within the next 12 month in Bombardier Aerospace. The two main goals are maintaining the production line during human resources change within the year of 2017 and ensuring the high quality of the production line in the long run (from 2018-2019).
