DEVELOPING AND REVITALIZING PILOT & MAINTENANCE COURSES

This is an on-going project that I have been conducting for my current employer Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group. The project includes developing SCORM courses, job aids, instructional slides and handouts for pilots, maintenance technicians, supervisors and our clients on various topics, such as company regulation, technical procedure, TC health and safety requirements, etc. The aim of the project is to improve the look & feel, functionality, interactivity as well as production and support process to help learners to achieve their objectives and enjoy their learning experience. CREATING SELF-STUDY UNIVERSITY LEVEL COURSE FROM A TO Z

I worked on developing a high-quality e-learning course for Mr. Mireault, the president of SSMI international, on the topic of structured spreadsheet modelling and implementation. I applied the ADDIE model from A to Z in order to ensure that learners can achieve learning objectives after completing the course. Multiple media types were used throughout the course and the final product is an online course with 10 interactive and engaging lessons. Each lesson consists of theoretical and practical contents where learners can experience real-life cases, get just-in-time instructions and feedback, choose personalized learning path and track their progress.
